How long does it take to write a book?
Most books are completed within 30 to 60 minutes. At times of high demand it may take longer, but generally most books are finished within a few hours at most. You can read the partially completed book as it's being written, and you'll receive an email notification as soon as the full book is ready.
How long are the books?
Books typically range from 40,000 to 100,000 words, depending on the topic and type. That's roughly 150 to 350 pages — a solid, full-length read.
How are the books structured?
Nonfiction books include a table of contents, an introduction, and 25 chapters. Fiction books include a table of contents and 26 chapters. Each chapter is individually generated to maintain quality and coherence throughout the book.
How much do the books cost?
Your first book is just $4.99 — 50% off the regular price. Additional books are $9.99 each. Every book includes a free preview (table of contents and first chapter) so you can try before you buy.
What kinds of books can I create?
Just about anything! Fiction (novels, short stories, children's books) and nonfiction (how-to guides, memoirs, history, science, self-help, and more). Just describe your idea and we'll bring it to life.
How does the free preview work?
Before purchasing, you'll see a generated table of contents and first chapter (for fiction) or table of contents and introduction (for nonfiction) at no cost. If you like what you see, you can purchase to have the full book written. If not, just try a different idea.
Can I publish or sell books I create?
Yes! The books you create are yours. You're free to publish and sell them through any platform you choose.
Do the books include pictures or diagrams?
Currently, MixCache Go generates text-only books. Pictures, diagrams, and other illustrations are not supported at this time. Requesting a book with pictures will still result in a text-only book.
Is there a limit to how many books I can create?
No — you can create as many books as you like. All books you create are saved to your personal library, which you can access anytime in the app or on the web.
Where can I read my books?
MixCache Go includes a built-in reader so you can read your books directly in the app or on the web. You can also download the book to your device to read offline whenever you like.
Can I edit the book after it's generated?
Yes! We provide you with a plain text file of your book that you can download and make any edits you wish in your preferred writing tool.
