Welcome to MixCache Go. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MixCache Go mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Traffikoo LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MixCache Go is an AI-powered book writing application that enables users to create fiction and nonfiction books with artificial intelligence assistance. The Service generates content based on user inputs including titles, descriptions, and preferences.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, request, or distribute adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
• Create content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content intended to harass, defame, or harm any person
• Create misleading content intended to deceive others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent any content filtering or safety measures

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion for violations of these guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence technology. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or factual mistakes
• The AI may produce content that is inconsistent, repetitive, or of varying quality
• Historical, scientific, or factual claims in generated content should be independently verified
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publication or distribution

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original inputs you provide (titles, descriptions, etc.). Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated content created through your use of the Service.

Our Property: The Service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
